Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. That is why we made our return policy simple: you can return any item in its original packaging at your expense up to 60 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. If any product arrives at your destination damaged or not in working condition, or malfunctions during normal use, contact us directly and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Within 60 days from your invoice date of purchase we will refund your purchase amount or exchange your product on any unused products. You pay only for sending an item back to us. Additional shipping charges do not apply. No refunds after 60 days.

We reserve the right to make changes to our refund and returns policy at any time.

To begin the return process, please complete the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will help us track your return and credit your account in a timely fashion. You can find the information required below on your original order invoice.
